Why are my seedlings yellowing after transit? |
Yellowing can occur due to the temporary lack of light and airflow during transit. This is normal and will usually resolve with some fresh air, light, and a little care. |
How long will it take for my seedlings to recover after arrival? |
After unpacking, place your seedlings in a well-lit area, give them fresh air, and water them as needed. They should bounce back within a few days. |
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? |
Orders can be modified or canceled only before dispatch. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes. |
What should I do if my plants arrive damaged? |
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged plants. We’ll do our best to make it right and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. |
What is your return and exchange policy? |
We accept returns for damaged items only. If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or credit. For all other cases, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. |
